How to Get to Varna
Wizzair and Austrian fly from several European destinations to Varna. Turkish Airlines flies to Varna from Istanbul.
From Portugal:
There is no direct flight. We recommend connections from London, Vienna, Munich, Istanbul or from Benelux as below.
From Benelux:
There are direct flights from Brussels Charleroi and Eindhoven with WizzAir.
Alternatively, find a suitable flight to Sofia from any origin and take the connection to Varna with Bulgaria Air.

Where to Stay
We recommend booking your stay in Varna city centre - it’s the perfect base for exploring the best of what the city has to offer: the Sea Garden, restaurants, cafés, shops, historic sights, and easy access to the beach and the beach bars.

The resort Golden Sands is a very popular and somewhat touristy destination, but if you want to stay as close as possible to the venue, here are some good choices:

Dress Advice
There is no mandatory dress code. During the event weather will probably be warm (high 20s C) but will drop considerably in the evening (around 15 C). Bring a coat or a scarf!
We are supporters of all things sustainable so we challenge you to do fashion recycling, i.e. take out your party dress or suit that gathered dust in your wardrobe, reuse your family jewellery, borrow dress pieces from a friend or colleague, shop from Vinted, whatever works for you!
